   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refunds

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

   • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please email us for exchange instructions.
